mirror difference between fedora.us and fedoralegacy.org updates

updates for 7.3, www.fedora.us and www.fedoralegacy.org

I was looking at the updates listed on www.fedora.us, and it had:
http://download.fedora.us/fedora/redhat/7.3/i386/RPMS.legacy/
it had:
yum

Then when I looked at the updates listed for:
http://download.fedoralegacy.org/redhat/7.3/updates/i386/
it had:
a zillion updates.


I was using fedora.us as my legacy update, should I be using
fedoralegacy.org as my update repository?

Please advise.
