bugzilla components

Is there a reason I'm not grokking for the way the bugzilla is set up for
Fedora Legacy? Right now, there's only two components: General, and Package
Request. This is very different from the main fedora.us bugzilla usage (and
that of Red Hat), where there's a component for each src.rpm.....
