Wiki Correction

Step 1.3: Check for yum package installation

rpm -Uvh  
http://download.fedoralegacy.org/fedora/4/os/i386/yum-2.4.1-1.fc4.noarch.rpm

The link is incorrect and returns a 404.

I believe this is the correct link.
