Up2date problem....

I added freshrpms and Atrpms-stable repository as yum in up2date
configuration file.When I run Up2date I get the information that expat
application can be updated from expat-1.95.5-3 to expat-1.95.5-3_5.rhfc1.at.
I start dependency resolvance that is o.k., but then I get the following
message and it stops (or I don't how to proceed....)

Please note that apt and synaptic were installed from freshrpms...is
this the problem??Any help????
