If they don't harm anyone. Otherwise, there would be absolutely no need
for "No Smoking" signs, speed limits or laws in general - if I want to

Which in my eyes is pretty much what you're doing when forcing extra
long messages on people with slow connections - though I'd never go as
far as to use the word "fascist" for this specific case.

You know, if coloured shirts could be proven to actually harm some people,
I'd probably consider supporting that call, yes.
