Select packages in install

All of the machines previously had rh9 installed on them. However, none 
of them were upgraded. These were clean installs - all data was wiped. 
However, at no time did I ever see the old familiar 'select individual 
packages' checkbox.

Installing packages after the installation isn't really the issue. The 
issue on my end is that I want certain packages NOT to be installed on 
these boxes, as they are for a special purpose (and will be in 
production). I'd also like the benefit of having the deselected packages 
show up in the resulting kickstart config file generated by the installer.
