The Cisco VPN Client is not available through normal distribution
channels, and is normally only available to customers of Cisco, and as
such is not provided with the Fedora Core distribution. So there is no
option to be found during its install process. However, if you happen to
have the tarball from Cisco, or received it from your Admin, you need to
make sure you have the linux release (naturally), and then you simply
need to unpack the archive, and run the vpn_install shell script
provided by Cisco. Once the build is complete, you will have a module
installed that if selected during the build process, will start at boot
time. Otherwise you would run the correct init and start it manually.
However, you will need to modify the sample Profiles, or obtain/generate
your own Profiles from your Admin, and insert the correct information.
This normally includes, but is not limited to a user or group login and
associated password, the ip of the secure gateway, and all the rest.
These are normally located in /etc/CiscoSystemsVPNClient/Profiles and
have a pcf extension by default.

There are some install details included in the tarball you should have
that explains this as well.

Yell if you need more assistance.

HTH!
