The directions are there on the page you list, including the links to
the three ISO images you burn to CD:

Downloading the ISO Images

The ISO images are located at the following URL:

http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/1/i386/iso/

Download the following ISO image files:

yarrow-i386-disc1.iso (md5sum: 76ef22495d186580e47efd8d7a65fe6b)
yarrow-i386-disc2.iso (md5sum: fd23fe32fafe7557f5d1fa1d31100580)
yarrow-i386-disc3.iso (md5sum: 6a26b34069639d0c31465d4079a8e1b2)

Once they're burned to CD, pop the first CD in, reboot your machine, set
it to boot from CD, and away you go! Be sure you've backed up your data
first of course... ;-)
