FTP, Win-NT, and xFTP

You ran in to the problem with active and passive ftp mode. You must
tell your client running in active mode when connecting your ftp server.

227 Entering Passive Mode (192,168,1,101,5,163).

You see, it is telling you the mode. Within gftp I think passive mode is
the default mode. Switch it by entering teh menu FTP -> Options -> FTP
-> passive filetransports: no check.
