Have you checked your yum & up2date versions, as well as your krb5libs? 
Everything works for me...:

# rpm -q krb5-libs pam_krb5 up2date yum openssl
krb5-libs-1.3.1-6
pam_krb5-2.0.4-1
up2date-4.1.16-1
yum-2.0.4-2
openssl-0.9.7a-23
