Making RPMs?

Please go to Redhat 9 directory on any Redhat's FTP and download the ISO 
for the "docs" CD.
It contains a big book about RPM.

I am writing about Redhat 9 disc, because I am not sure Fedora has a 
"docs" CD :-)
