Fedora sshd setup session failed

I have the same problem, with the same log messages.
I've searched the fedora-list archives and haven't found anything
similar.
I thought it might be some kind of firewall misconfiguration, but when I
added a LOG iptables rule to the input chain right before the REJECT
rule I didn't catch anything related to ssh.
