using cdrecord as non-root - no luck! :(

Hi.

I am growing a beard trying to figure out why I cannot burn CDs from a
non-root user.

I've tried changing permissions on /dev/sg0 and /dev/sg1.  I've setuid and
guid on /usr/bin/cdrecord.  I've used 'sudo'.

And still... I get the following error messages!

Yet, I can burn as root on the cmdline.  Can anyone PLEASE help me with
this.  :(
