I'd tried that, with little faith that it would work, before you
posted it.  As you know, it doesn't.
I can and have Ping the addy above, but I can't imagine how anyone
would be able to access anything there if your config file (the one
you posted) includes...
Listen 192.168.0.101:8008

I THINK that should be....
Listen 8008
