Resolving deps for metacity updates

I am wondering what the source of th rpm he is trying to install. 
Sounds like it is for Redhat 9 or later.

Rebuilding might resolve the library dependancies. Might not.  Sounds
like the version of metacity he is trying to install wants XFree86
4.3.0.  

Not certain when libstartup-notification started to be provided as well.
It is from the package "startup-notification".  (Like that is a
surprise...)
