Anyway, I am trying FC1 and it is still not working. I get to the boot
screen and it hangs....

Now that you mention it: how about posting in plain text?

As for your question, FC2 is still in beta and you can pretty much
expect things not to work. If you're looking for stability, use FC1
until FC2 goes gold, then upgrade.
