What do you think will change until FC2 *stable* will arise? Nothing
with the ECN feature. It will be on by default as it is a standard
feature since several years now: http://www.icir.org/floyd/ecn.html. If
the setting causes "blocked" internet access then because some broken
hardware/software is used either on client side or somewhere on target
side.
