Libcomm_err.so.3.0 and Rosegarden

Trying to install Rosegarden with
Rosegarden4-0.9.7.rhfc1.ccrma.i386.rpm, there was a list of failed
dependencies that included liblrdf.so.2 and libraptor so.1

And both liblrdf.so.2 and raptor-1.0.0.1.rh90.ccrma.i386 depend on
libcom_err.so.3 which is available through the package
krb5-libs-1.2.7-14.i386.rpm

However, I cannot install that because krb5-libs.1.3.1-6 is already
installed (and does not have libcom_err.so.3)

A friend sent me libcom_err.so.3 which I copied to /usr/lib, but still
when I try to load raptor or liblrdf, I get the failed dependency error
- libcom_err.so.3 not found.

What should I do?
