That's not completely true.  M$ won't support USB on NT, but that doesn't
mean you can't use USB devices on NT if you can get a driver from somewhere
else.  Some hardware manufacturers do provide USB driver support, for their
hardware, under WinNT, and bsquare has drivers that will support some types
of USB hardware (keyboards, mice, PocketPC cradles, printers and hubs) on
WinNT.

When it comes to USB on NT, WinNT users are in pretty much the same
position as a Linux user who wants to use some bit of hardware, such as a
video card, that the manufacturer doesn't provide a driver for.  If someone
has a driver that will work, they can get it, and install it, and use the
hardware, otherwise they are out of luck...and the OS doesn't help with
this at all other than by providing a driver interface.  Claims that using
Windows avoids this sort of situation are disproven by the USB-NT
situation.  Might as well use Linux... :-)
