USB Modem model: LM-U56S by LG electronics

It sounds like it is possible to use it with the slmodem driver. Dag's 
apt repository has a rpm of it:
http://dag.wieers.com/packages/kernel-module-slmodem/
Don't forget to install the slmodem-utils package.
