It covers mostly everything posix compliant and tested with korn..  there are 
some bash specific items in chapter 15..  but it points out whenever possible 
any non-posix compliant functions

Chapter 15 is described as 'Interactive and nonstandard shell features," 
discusses features of the shell that either are not formally part of the IEEE 
POSIX standard shell (but are available in most UNix and Linux shells) or are 
mainly used interactively instead of in programs.
