(newbie) sendmail Masquerading Help?

That /etc/hosts, by the way, was built by the FC2 installation
routine.

Here's what I have:

[root at satyr root]# cat /etc/hosts
# Do not remove the following line, or various programs
# that require network functionality will fail.
127.0.0.1 satyr.bogus.jl satyr localhost.localdomain localhost

I seem to have a working system now, though it's actually horribly
broken?
