In the FAQ, there is mention of a problem with Mozilla in that it defaults
to using IPv6. Since most people do not have an IPv6 network, the connection
times out and it then tries using IPv4. This might explain your problem if
you are using Mozilla. Check out the FAQ on how to disable IPv6.
