Checkpoint system for FC2

Please don't reply to foreign list postings while you want to start a
new topic. This is called "thread hijacking" as it mixes different
topics in threaded list view. You now did it the second time (I think
because you don't know), so I inform you.

Lately some other newcomers to the list did this too.
