FC3: Problems with Hauppauge WinTV PCI card

There seems to be an IRQ problem. Check your BIOS settings. Check the
output of "cat /proc/interrupts" and "cat /proc/pci". If nothing can be
done from BIOS changes then use a different PCI slot for the Haupauge
card.
