where is the network "profile" script?

The /etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit script looks at the boot command line from
/proc and scans it looking for "netprofile=".  If it finds it, it
invokes "/usr/sbin/system-config-network-cmd --profile" and hands it the
name of the profile you gave.  The code starts at line 904 in
/etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit if you want to peruse it.  As far as 
system-config-network-cmd goes, it's a python script.  Have at it.
