FC2 and FC 3 Lockup on AMD SMP and Single CPU Hosts

I have read several places that the subject problem is being worked, but
Is there a single bug number (on Fedora and/or kernel.org) I should
contribute info to as I continue to get random lockups on the subject
hosts?
 
Or should I post a new one for every kernel release?
