glade program error

I am trying to run glade to program in C++ and i keep getting this error
Error running glade- to generate the C++ source code. Check that you
have glade- installed and that it is in your PATH. Then try running
'glade- <project_file.glade>' in a terminal.
Can someone tell me how to fix this error a little better than this
error did. Cut me some slack I'm new at this. Thanks for all the help.
