squirrelmail does not send mail out in fc3?

I don't get a blank screen when I click Send.  Nothing happens when I
click Send except the screen goes back to INBOX normally as in my fc1
system, but the mail is not sent out.  My php.ini sets:
post_max_size = 32M
I think it is well big enough.  Is there anywhere else I should check?
