When connecting by a modem (ppp connexion), I always get deconnected :(

Your ISP could be disconnecting you after a certain amount time if there 
is no activity. Or it could be a bad phone line. Or you may have have 
ppp set up to only connect upon demand. You either need to check the 
wvdial.conf file or use the network gui.
