Problem with /etc/init.d/

Hi,

Sorry for previous html format (i'm a newbie in the list)!

I do not see your problem. Your init script must create/touch a file in
/var/lock/subsys. The functions script is checking for this. For example
look at /etc/init.d/xinetd and see how it is build up.
