There was a big discussion about this some months ago.  

 - Optimal solution: get a new package for gnomeradio that doesn't want 
libcom_err.so.3.  

 - Hack solution (which has worked fine for me for months): make a symlink to 
the /lib/libcom_err.so.2 you do have called /lib/libcom_err.so.3.  Install 
the rpm with --nodeps on the commandline
