problem with kernel modul

hey,

I have a problem with a kernel modul, when I plug in a usb cardterminal
I get the message

usb.agent[10590]: missing kernel or user mode driver kobil_sct


This kernel modul "kobil_sct" is installed and modprope gives no
respont, insmod is saying that the modul is already loaded.

Can anyone tell me the missing driver means?
