ssl3 error prevents updates

Did you in the past use up2date to keep your Redhat 9 release up to
date? I do not think so, so please go to https://rhn.redhat.com/ and
read the notes about the expired certificates and get them from
https://rhn.redhat.com/help/latest-up2date.px.
