By their designations, they should work fine for up2date server mirrors.

Updates should work for
ftp://alviss.et.tudelft.nl/pub/fedora/core/updates/1/i386/

For testing updates you would use. (Pre QA approved)
ftp://alviss.et.tudelft.nl/pub/fedora/core/updates/testing/1/i386/
