FC2, new package request (udftools)

It may be helpful to include the udf (filesystem) user space tools
(http://sourceforge.net/projects/linux-udf/). FC1 default kernels are
able to read a write UDF disks (I use it on a DVD-RAM drive), but is not
able to format them until this tool is installed
