CUPS - Small Font

I recently migrated a RedHat 8.0 box to Fedora Core 1. The RHL 8.0
installation was using LPRng, but when I upgraded, it converted to CUPS.
Everything works fine, except for one issue.. The default text font is
quite small and I can't figure out how to set it. The RHL 8.0 install
made the print much larger, which is required for my formatted invoices
and such. I've tried editing the PPD, but I think I'm barking up the
wrong tree..

Any advice, please? :) Best regards,
