Did you just install Windows?

If you did, Windows has over written your MBR with its own on the 
primary hard drive.. you will need to install grub again into the MBR.. 
Best bet is to boot CD1 in rescue mode as others have suggested..

For future reference if you want a dual boot system its best to install 
Windows first and then Linux..
