Frontpage extension and Suexec problem.

You will have to use the Apache2 sources and patch the modification
source code into it using the tool "patch". That is not trivial!

The patch from the above site is not huge, just adds a few lines into
the Apache2 source code. If you have luck you would be able to add the
patch unchanged to the spec file of the httpd package for Fedora. If
not, well it's not trivial ...

Do you really need the Frontpage extensions? I suggest you better forget
that, because of security concerns, and use WebDAV instead. That is
already build into Apache2 and allows web content makers easy handling
of their code on the webserver too. Even WebDAV shares can be locally
mounted - both on Linux as well on Windows[tm].
