Yes, Ximian themselves provide packages. Available at:

http://www-files.ximian.com/redcarpet2/

All you need are the rcd, rug and red-carpet packages. Go to
http://www.open-carpet.org/ to see how to add channels for the other
Fedora repositories (DAG, ATrpms, etc).
