Can squid block out certain websites?

You might want to have a look at
http://www.squid-cache.org/related-software.html There's a couple of add
on's in there that might point you in the right direction. I know when I
looked years ago there were a few people keeping blacklists that plugged
into the squid.conf file. I just told all my users that the server kept logs
and that was deterent enough to keep people from messing on!
