A broken upgrade! Check each and every package you have on the system
and make sure it is the current Fedora version! Else there is a hight
risk you run vulnerable services (though the RH9 Sendmail 8.12.8 is
patched against the serious bugs from last year). But the system is not
correct and you don't know what might happen.
