oracle 9i installations

hi,   
 I use fedora 1 and I v been trying to download oracle
9i but am interrupted by theerratic college net
server. using wget doesnot help either as it doesnot
support redirect I guess. Any help regarding resumable
downloads and redirected paths would be highly
appreciated. Any suggestions
