This is yum/up2date/rpm looking for security contexts to 
assign to files.  Remember that one of the new features of FC2 
is the ability to run SELInux.   If you are not running Security
Enhanced Linux (SELinux) this is noise.

If the noise bothers you create the missing file:

       mkdir -p /etc/security/selinux
       touch /etc/security/selinux/file_contexts

or install SELinux.  Run in permissive mode to start.
