eth0 - fail at boottime

Hi,
I'm back to Fedora!

I'm trying to learn how to configure a home network :)

The first problem is that the system fails to authenticate (or 
configure, I don't remember the verb used) the eth0 card at boot type.

Even the gnome menu option fails to activate it (a RealTek card).

The solution I found in the archive doesn't help!

What can I do?
