torrent firewall script still fails to open ports

Okay, now that I have tested my firewall script it appears that it 
fails, as my torrents still show me as firewalled.  If anyone can 
suggest where I can look to fix this it would be most appreciated.  This 
is the script, as reported in the original thread.
