The line should be:
cp 2.6.5-1.358/kernel/fs/ntfs/ntfs.ko 2.6.5-1.358.8kstacks/kernel/fs/ntfs

If it is in you /etc/fstab with an 'auto' in there, then it should
be mounted at boot else you would have to mount it manually.
