[fc2] "apt-get update" and "yum update" hangs as root

Great, I found strace-4.5.4-1.i386.rpm in fc2 updates, but now "rpm -Uv
strace-4.5.4-1.i386.rpm" hangs also.  So it looks like that's the culprit.

What now?
