Hi Matt,

I just looked into /etc/rc.sysinit:

$ grep -n confirm /etc/rc.sysinit
839:if strstr "$cmdline" confirm ; then
840:    touch /var/run/confirm
843:    /sbin/getkey i && touch /var/run/confirm
