I can tell you know nothing about CR systems. The challenge/response happens 
only once. Once the challenge has been confirmed, the email address gets 
whitelisted and there is no need of further challenging.

If I am the one initiating an email conversation, I either whitelist you or 
set my dated address to a good margin, so you will not need to be challenged. 
If you are the one initiating, then you must go through the one time response. 
If you don't, why should I care? you initiated the transaction to start with.

I do not care whether or not people uses such system. But saying it crap shows 
total ignorance.
